House Rules

HOUSE RULES
1. Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conductive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
2. Only visiting business clients are allowed on premises and need to be registered at reception. They are not allowed on the premises after 7.30pm any evening.
3. A breach of any house rule may result in the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager.
4. A breach of house rules include: – (i) noisy, offensive and/or unruly behaviour; (ii) damage to or destruction to property; (iii) improper or unseemly conduct; (v) smoking in a “non-smoking room” may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account; (iv) Any act or omission, which in the opinion of the manager, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the manager, owner of other guests.
5. Any Bond requested at registration will be forfeited and/or a charge maybe made to Guests Credit Card to recoup any costs resulting from a breach of any House Rule.
6. For Registration a CURRENT Driver’s License or Passport and VALID Credit Card will be required.
7. If paying by cash a BOND of two night’s tariff will be required.
